The terrace was mind-blowing with breathtaking views, perfect for enjoying breakfast or a glass of wine. The service provided by the owner was exceptional, with fast communication, a warm welcome with Greek wine and snacks, and daily cleaning. The location was peaceful, with a hill nearby, a water taxi to the town and other parts of the island, and the staff were friendly and welcoming.

We had a wonderful stay at Villa Kim. The apartment was spacious and had stunning views from the terrace. Kim, the owner, was incredibly kind and helpful throughout our stay. The location was perfect, just a short walk from the beach and close to amenities. The apartment had all the basics we needed for cooking, and having two bathrooms added to our comfort. The air-conditioning was well positioned, providing fresh air without blowing cold air in our faces. it was a fantastic experience at Villa Kim.

The vacation experience was absolutely incredible! The host was incredibly kind and made us feel like part of the family. The housekeeping was efficient and the beds were super comfortable. The location was perfect, just a short walk to the beach and surrounded by amazing food and drink options. We also loved the well-equipped kitchenette for making meals. it was the best vacation experience of our lives and we can't wait to come back!

The views were fire and the fully equipped kitchen was clutch for our late-night munchies. The room cleaning service was on point, keeping our hangout spot fresh. The dope bus stop location made it mad easy to hit up the lit beaches of Achladies and Koukounaries. A shoutout to the friendly cleaner who had our backs. The welcome drinks and snacks were a real vibe!

If only there was a lit party scene near Villa Kim for young party-goers like us. We were looking for some wild nightlife to turn up, but the area was chill.

The apartment was so spacious, perfect for hanging out with friends. The terrace had the most stunning views, it was like something out of a movie. And the location was epic - just a short walk to the incredible Achladies beach. Kim, the owner, was the best. She was so welcoming and helpful, always there for us. She even surprised us with water and wine when we arrived. So cool!

The only thing we wished for was a little more nightlife nearby. We were looking for some fun party spots for young people, but it was a bit quieter in the evening.

We absolutely loved our stay at Villa Kim! The spacious green apartment was perfect for our group, with 2 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms. The balcony offered a wonderful view and we spent many mornings enjoying breakfast overlooking the stunning scenery. The accommodation was incredibly comfortable and felt like a home away from home. Kim, the host, was lovely and went above and beyond to ensure our stay was enjoyable. Being close to the beautiful beach, tavernas, and shops made our stay even more convenient. We can't wait to return to this piece of paradise!

The location of Villa Kim is absolutely perfect! Just a short walk to the beautiful beach and with easy access to the water taxi and bus. The views from the property are breathtaking, making it an ideal spot for a relaxing break. The accommodation is clean, well-maintained, and offers fantastic environmental friendly features. I especially loved how the AC wouldn't turn on until all windows and doors were completely shut, which is a great energy-saving measure. The owner, Kim, went above and beyond to ensure our stay was enjoyable and even rented out her own flat to accommodate our large group. I had a fantastic time at Villa Kim and would highly recommend it to anyone visiting Skiathos.
